That should have been a first down for Dallas. You can't call two time outs back to back. That's a delay of game. The refs missed that one.

Last week it was 4 points removed from Cowboys score by a phantom pass interference call, and this week Seattle can have 12 men on field on FG attempt with no penalty where Dallas might have been given chance to get 4 more??? Watch this bite us at the end of the game. This is BS!
