When is the special teams coach going to bench Switzer the next time he runs a kickoff out of the end zone when you are nearing the end of the half? 90% he doesn't get back to the 25 and takes time off the clock. Rookie or not just makes no sense.

Its a total indictment of the intelligence and culture of this team.
