How could anyone justify Wright #25 making this team he’s is terrible game after game.

In fairness he did have pretty tight coverage on the 2nd penalty, but he's been very undwhelming and at this point he's probably the 6th corner. The only chance he has is the fact he's a 3rd round pick and would have to push Goodwin off as the special teams ace.
