His job is to make FGs and when it's that short you have to make it. I get it, fans love him and he is a great kicker but that was a terrible miss by him

Yep, it was. But if the rest of the team - and coaches - had his consistency we'd win a lot more games.

Jerry has to make a decision, although we know he won't:

1. Keep Garrett/Linehan and get rid of Dak because he will never fit their passing scheme
2. Keep Dak and get rid of Garrett/Linehan to bring in someone who can develop Dak and tailor a scheme around his skills

Like he even understands the difference!!

Well.

After this game which basically is a playoff game against a one-dimensional team.

Here is where we are at:

-We need a new head coach
-We need a new QB or at least an OC that can break it down to fingerpaint level
-A new OC

and on.

Offense needs a total revamp... all new Coaching, all new WRs, all new TEs, that's a start.

People say OBJ is a head case. Dez can be just as bad. He’s been a cancer and his antics at the beginning of the game made all the focus on him and not what was truly at at stake. Always ME, ME, ME. Tired of his crap.

Oh and Dak played like crap too.

Kudos to the D that played lights out. Sorry this inept offense ended this team’s season. We probably wouldn’t have made any noise in the post season anyways. Vikings, Rams, or Saints D would’ve stifled them anyway.

Understand this is what Jerrah loves. He doesn't care about putting a quality product on the field as long as those stands are full and the merchandise is flying off the shelf. All he cares is that they are just good enough to be overhyped which will put fans in the stands. He's a business man and money is more important than championships.

I mean, after 2 decades, there hasn't been a decline in sales, why should he care?

True but this year they are getting embarrassed at home in front of a National Audience.
