Because the Giants defense sucks... and Dak is so up and down with his pocket presence and reads. And Dak probably was playing knowing it was really meaningless so he was less uptight and let it fly.

I disagree. The Giants were playing like their lives depended on it and so were the Cowboys. In the big scheme it was meaningless but Dak and Co. used it as a dress rehearsal for the playoffs and pulled it off. They sure as hell weren't playing like it was a meaningless game (on either side).
