Cowboys vs Seahawks Analysis

Yes, this is a lot of info to look at and a lot of new stats and ways to look at things.
On first cup of coffee, so trying to understand it all.

Great article. There are so many ways to analyze football and the statistics just keep getting better.

I’d argue that one thing he isn’t taking into account are the injuries that the Seahawks has suffered. As witnessed by Cowboys fans last year, losing one key player on the offensive line or your halfback can completely change the game, regardless of statistics from prior games.

After two games even the best statistic won't be particularly predictive.

IMHO, you can throw down all the stats there are, and something unexpected will happen. A team will look great for 2 or three weeks, then get hammered by a team that got hosed by the teams they just beat! Injuries, questionable penalties, quirky plays, etc. Nothing is guaranteed, but one thing I noticed...most times, it always seems to work out for the big money 1%ers.

I got just one statistic that matters....they better show up and be more motivated than they were last X-mas eve.

This applies to the coaching staff big time.

This game is a going to be so telling about our season...

If we play like we did 10 months ago...we will get run out of the building. In basically a playoff game....we no showed last year. It seems like the bigger the game..the smaller we play. Cowboys crawl into a shell...and don't want to a fight...like they have been bullied their entire lives. Well it's time to put that BS aside and come out kicking ***.
