Game Day Cowboys vs Seahawks Preseason Game

Davis and Abanikanda looked like our best two backs ... they they also played against the third- and fourth-stringers.

Milton looked good. He stayed in control and did not make any real bad passes. Had a few high ones, though.

Second-team offensive line wasn't getting a lot of movement in the running game. Third- and fourth-stringers did better, winning the line of scrimmage.

Got to give Parker's defense credit for forcing turnovers on downs deep in our territory a couple of times. The last one, the goal-line stand after Holden's turnover, is something to build some confidence in what they were doing.

Get used to this. It's how it's going to be every week.

We just went onto the defending Super Champions home field and dethroned them with our backups.

A special season has commenced.

They have a couple more to figure out RB2 & RB3 — Every snap might count but as it stands, I gotta say Malik continues to impress me.
Davis is really good at knowing what cut he needs to make to get into the hole and doing it at full speed. That allows him to get through the traffic and then just have to break arm tackles. In defense of Mafah and Blue, though, I don't think the same holes were there for them.
