The ball came out before Romo's knee was down on that play. The ball being near his hand doesn't mean it's not a fumble. It was loose. They got the call right.

You know, I really didn't think it was that obvious (you might have better eyes than I do), but since it was too close to call - I would've accepted whatever the refs decided.
