I'm seeing a big problem with Dak. He rarely (if ever) throws the ball BEFORE the receiver pops open. He always wait for the receiver to be open and THEN he throws it. That's usually too late for the receiver to be open when the ball get there. NFL DB close too fast for that to ever work.

Not sure how you fix that either....seems like that's just the way he is.
