Tonight isn't the dress rehearsal....the entire pre-season is carefully orchestrated by the coaches. Don't get suckered in by the mediots and everybody saying "This is a dress rehearsal for the pre-season...."

We ALWAYS have bad games during the pre-season as well as the regular season.

We woulda thought that we would play Indianapolis so well that one week, yet when we faced another team we looked totally different.

This crap happens in the pre-season just like it happens in the regular season....only difference is that it doesn't mean a thing during the pre-season.

It only means something to the guys trying to make the team.

that's why our coach has his starters in for 3 quarters

the preseason, the 3rd game at least, isn't as insignifcant as you make it sound, our starters were bad, I'm not reading too much into that, because of course, it's only preseason, not the regular season, but there are things that need to be worked on, and some players just have had a bad night, like Romo for example, he's usually not this errant w/ his throws, and they'll need to get right later

don't think that Phillips, or any of the other coaches, or the players, are going to be blowing this performance off

It's getting them used to game-time.

Listen, if you want to take this performance as what is going to happen during the regular season, be my guest.

No, they shouldn't be just blowing this performance off either....they should all be upset.

But some fans like to think that what they see in the PS is what will be during the regular season.
