I see Bartel's issue, not sure someone else already pointed this out, but he has the same delivery issue as Leftwitch. I keep thinking somehow his delivery seems rather slow and when they showed the backside shot, he is doing the same thing.

He is a practice squad candidate. He has to work on that delivery, if not he will not be even a Backup QB.
