Game Day ***Cowboys vs Vikings second half game thread***

Chris jones has been booming it
Must have been hitting the weight room

would like to see some of the D looking to make the final few spots step up and show they can contribute
especially on ST's

Some impressions:

McFadden hit some nice holes well and ran hard. Randle did a little more dancing and didn't take advantage of the holes that he had. This was the reverse of last week.

Claiborne didn't get attacked much. He did have the pass interference, but also drew one in the end zone. Carr wasn't bad, either.

Lee was everywhere when he was in and we got good pressure at times from different guys along that front. Lawrence in particular had a couple of impressive plays. However, as good as Lee was, Gachkar really impressed at middle linebacker.

Jones' punting was as good as it has been since his first season.

Beasley and Dunbar look like they might can handle the return jobs, but we've got to get the coverage figured out over these next two weeks.

Romo was a little high on his passes starting out, but settled in to make two nice TD passes.

Starting offensive line had some ups and downs, and the problem wasn't Bernadeau. Leary and Smith looked a little rusty.

I know one thing. The TV coverage sucks compared to Sham and Broaddus.
I keep switching back and forth just for the hell of it. And it seems the TV crew is always talking about some off topic subject. And half the time not even showing replays of decent plays being made. At least on the radio they're talking about the game and how the individual players are performing.

Hey look, a rookie QB making plays.

So, it is possible? Who knew?

Vaughn isn't going anywhere this week, he will be needed for the last pre-season game then get his walking papers
