The new staff not messing around. If they don't like your tape, they're not wasting time even working with you.

Still (not so) patiently waiting for that Crawford cut....

When players get cut at this time of year, it's most often not based just on talent.

They got into trouble in the off-season or didn't participate in the off-season program or showed up out of shape, etc..
