but if there were 2 things that Parcells did here, it was make Ware into a complete force, and sitting Romo and letting him develop

ware would have developed anywhere, but you do gotta credit parcells for making him more of a complete player. but ware is such a humble guy that being satisfied with how he is and not working hard isn't even in his personality.
