Extremely unlikely but the Ravens have 18 players with covid. The NFL has said that if it comes to it games could be forfeited and/or uneven number of games could be played if games are skipped and winning % could determine division winner. How bizarre would it be if they gained from the woes of the Ravens and that makes the difference.

Maybe the Ravens have to field a team that is 1/3 practice squad players.

If Dallas wins the division because of this game that would make a lot of people angry, including many here. But one day at a time.

But with the OL woes they may not win any of those other games anyway.

What gets me is they increased the PS's for this reason, if players tested positive, they will not play, so bring up a PS player. They have 16 players on the PS. I know they set limits, but there can be exceptions. Treat it as a game by game IR if need be.

Instead they move games around over the concern of a few star players, until the Ravens outbreak. I get it, they want games to be competitive.
They also already stated they have no issue of adding another week to make up games. Though I doubt they would do it for just 1 or 2 games, depending playoff implications.

If Dak and a few other players had to miss a game, do you think they would actually move the game, I truly believe they would not. But if Brady, Big Ben, Rodgers, Mahomes tested positive, you bet they would postpone it.

Play the game, that is what they said hey would do. But they did not follow that.

The NFL is determined to keep postponing this game until the Ravens have everyone back so they can monkey stomp Dallas's practice squad.

Yes.
That loss can make the difference for a 4th pick or a 10th pick. Thank you NFL, for once. :muttley:

I’m not sure this team could win a forfeited game. There would be a coaching mistake in claiming the win or Zeke would fumble or something.
…...or the ST would pull the 4th & 20 fake punt out on our own 15, or the offense will show us the triple lateral on 3rd & 1 on their 4 yard line, or Pollard would be MIA in the scheme, or Andy would attempt 3 quick screens in a row, or a FG attempt of 69 yards,.....I'm still thinking.

I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of our remaining opponents just forfeit now that they know it's an option.

More than half of our team is on the training bench. Don't want to hear about the Ravens problems.

People need to remember, that the NFC East is the only division, that went through three regime changes, during a pandemic, with no OTA's, or preseason.

The Eagles are the only divisional team, that had continuity from the previous seasons. There is no excuse for their struggles.

Our starters are playing worse than 3rd stringers of a good NFL team , so it is not a given we will win !

Why wouldn't the Cowboys decide to forfeit if they decide the game goes forward? Does Jerry really want to expose the Cowboys (and himself) to the Baltimore Covids?

Maybe the Cowboys should say we're not playing

Dez is ready to play WR, TE, DB, LB, wherever he's needed.
