Cowboys working out CB Bryan McCann

If we can use him on kick returns, then maybe the offense won't constantly have to drive 80 yards downfield on every possession.

I swear they've gotta lead the league in that area..

Right, seems like we have the worse field possession ever. Have we even started a drive not inside the 20, other than when a team punted from their end zone, or one of the few turnovers we recovered.

Good. One of the best special teams returners we've had in years...he can actually make something out of nothing and trust me, there is NOTHING on these returns because the blocking scheme is terrible

I liked Bryan actually..hated to see him leave in the first place.

agreed. I'm not sure he is the answer, but Felix clearly is not. it's worth a shot.

Would he be any better than RB Dunbar at returning kicks? I doubt it.

Seems like a waste if they just want to activate him for KO returns. Dunbar could at least have some spot duty on 3rd downs. Better than Felix at this point. More speed.

McCann can also play on ST coverage units and be deep depth for the regular defense. I don't think we need 4 RB on the active roster.

Felix is going nowhere...especially considering the physical style that Murray plays

I did too...can't remember why he left or was released. There were several players that should have been gone before him.

didn't he fumble or something a couple times???? I think that is why he was cut. I think idk. But he is better than run into your back felix jones at returning. Felix should just fair catch kickoffs:laugh2:

He got cut for Frank Walker last year I think. Didnt seem to make much sense then.

Exciting. A retread CB. Would've preferred to hear about bringing in an interior Olineman instead. But no, that would make too much sense....
