So you would rather focus on the 1 point play than have a guy who is capable of putting 3 on the board? Zuerlein was terrible with XPs last year but only missed out on 6 points. Thats peanuts. Give me the guy who can get you 3 points from 50 yards out.

Death, taxes, Bailey should have retired a Cowboy. I hate this musical chairs stuff the last few years.

Meh. Bailey was done here mentally. He got injured and just lost his mojo. He needed a change of environment. Just like Nick Folk did. Kickers are very mentally fragile. Once they lose it, it's very hard to ever get it back for that team. Look at Matt Vanderjagt, who before that terrible miss in the playoff game against the Steelers that would have tied the game with no time left, was considered one of the most accurate and best ever. And then he fell off a cliff, came here and was terrible. Nick Folk was also extremely good for us and reliable until he wasn't.

Dallas has seriously dropped the ball with the kicking position since Bailey left.

They always liked Maher's leg strength. Best long-distance kicker in team history...you know Jerry loves the long ball!

I hate to say it but they're scraping the barrel........nothing left out there. Probably find better options with the final cut downs.

They think he's become a different kicker than last go round?

Look at kickers other than failed retreads.

Well that is what they did...brought in two young ones.

You may be right.
And I do hold.
I always hold.
Maybe you should become more well informed with me as a poster.

But I do question the questionable.
And Maher is the most questionable that questionable can be.

It speaks to laziness.
It speaks to questionable judgement when it comes to wanting to win.
