Kind of weird seeing these threads get less and less popular as time goes on. Of course the Romo thread was popular but they've died out lately even during offensive line!

The pending then actual lockout might have something to do with it. I love it though, stand up and be counted, etc... the 2ndary should draw some interest.:

C. slightly better than a jag. But his celebrations make me want to castrate him with a very dull knife.

Put it this way, he's one of the first players on my own team that I wished something would happen to him :bang2: :bang2:

Igor dumb like bull.

I think it has more to do with the fact that everyone agrees on the fact that since Doug Free the players have all sucked. So there really wasn't much to debate about.

In 2010, Igor played the second most snaps of any defensive lineman. He had 17 solo tackles (barely more than 1 per game), and a season total of zero sacks and 2 QB hits. In the Cowboys' six division games, he had a total of 4 solo tackles, with 3 of them coming against the Eagles' backups in week 17. Five other division games--one solo tackle.

The Cowboys ranked 29th in short yardage run defense. Igor, on 3rd and short, had 1 solo tackle and 0 assists.

The Cowboys ranked 29th in tackles for a loss. Igor had a total of one tackle for a loss in 2010.

He hasn't created a turnover in the two seasons that he has been a Cowboy.

Run Grade: D
Pass Rush: F
Big plays: F

Overall: F

Igor really stands out because he.....um...well I'm really glad that he's a Cowboy because he is good at ...ah......

Someone out there must post a high enough grade to offset another player from getting an F. Who will do this? Who???

This sounds like a job for ... Emiliano!

I could have sworn I posted a question about this suspect poster.............

D , he played part in one of the worst Cowboy defenses I've ever seen.
That's a good point to remember as we switch from grading offense to defense. A player who seemed average on a bottom 5 defense should rate about a letter grade and a half lower than a player who seemed average on an offense that ranked securely in the top half of the league.

We should be hard pressed to come up with any more than five names (among the 12 players with at least 25% of the playing time on defense) that deserve C or better. Despite what the poll shows so far, Olshansky shouldn't be one of them. JMOing, here. :)

Not sure why people had any expectations for him at all. He was an average run-stuffing DE in SD's 3-4 and all of a sudden he's going to become Richard Seymour? We got him because he was cheaper than Canty. It was a money decision, not an attempt to upgrade.
