I've got some free time on my hands since I'm on leave in preparation to go hang out in the desert for a little while.

Browsing around looking for ways to enhance my workouts, I found this:

Cool videos and short tutorials. Would anyone be interested in running some drills? We could post our results and talk trash to eachother, and determine our "draft status" for an All-CowboysZone Team :)

If nothing else, it'll help get some of us off our butts and into the gym!

I think the events that we would be able to do the easiest, with little to no equipment required are:

40-Yard Dash
Broad Jump
3-Cone Drill
Shuttle Run

Who's in!
 
Only if everyone posts a picture of themselves in their day-to-day clothes, so I can pass judgement on their character level.

They'd better not wear sweats or a sideways cap. That would show that Dez Bryant has poor character.
 
I guarantee i'd finish in the top 3 for 40 time, 3 cone, and shuttle run.

I would but because of school I can only fit in a daily workout at our gym doing abs and cardio.

Beach season. My gut has not given me a sexy one in my life. Trying to turn that around lol.

Though when I was playing football and in the best shape ever (not saying much for me lol) I ran a 5.0 40 time. My vertical was 20 inches and I think my long jump was 9 feet.

Max bench was 200 lbs, squats were 350, cleans was 185 I THINK.

That's all I remember right now.

Im going to have to see it on youtube. And if you could throw a kitty in there thatd be ideal
 
I'd run all my drills on video and post on YouTube if anyone wanted to legitimately give it a go.
