I don't have them in mine but basically you assign a point value to your picks. 1 being the pick you are least confident in and 16 being the one you are most confident in.

Confidence points allow you to put a weight on a game based on your confidence the team you picked will win. The higher the weight, the higher your confidence.

However, Yeag already started a pick em. If I can find out how, I will close the group I started. I would encourage you to join his pick 'em. It is id=268, password "pick".
