I don't think panic has anything to do with it. The Chargers wore white at home against the visiting Texans (in dark uniforms) on opening day, when their season was still 0-0.

Trust me, Charger fans are having cold sweats thinking about this game with the Cowboys. Wife's family is from there and still have a ton friends & family and it is all they are talking about now.

Did we wear blue at all last season? Maybe Baltimore? I wish we wore them more.

I'd like the whites much better if they wore the silver and blue pants all the time instead of that off brand *** green-silver.
It's like when making the uniform modifications the guy in charge was like "this matches too well..we need to mix it up a bit so we don't become predictable"

"green silver...yeah...that'll do it"

seriously, I hate our weird *** pants.

What I meant was, I don't think panic had anything to do with the Chargers' decision to wear white at home against the Cowboys. They wore white against Houston in Week One, and who would panic before the first game of a season?

I prefer the blues. The blues match and the pants aren't green. I understand tradition but I think the beautiful navy blues are underused each season.

IMO, the navy jerseys are the best looking uniform in the league.

Unlike our white jerseys, everything actually matches. It's a crime they aren't worn more.

If you click on the link to the page that has the story... towards the bottom there is a video from Ware's instagram page where he is imitating some of the Cowboy players.

It is kind of funny. He does Dez's "X-Factor" pose, lol.

call me crazy but I like the blues better than the whites.

Nothing crazy about it. The blue jersey looks so much better. The white jersey could come close if it at least had the star on the sleeve that the blues have.

Count me as one who prefers the blue unis, and until they lose the green pants with the whites, it'll stay that way.

They wore white because it was a day game and SoCal was still suffering from summer like temperatures when the season started. Guys in darker colored jerseys would have been at a disadvantage. Weather is a lot cooler now.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the uniforms for each game are decided a very long time in advance as opposed to only a short time before the game itself.

Yeah, I doubt teams care very much about such things as their jersey colors. To think it has any effect on the game is laughable.

It can have a very slight effect (dark jerseys in hot heat and sunshine,) but not much.

Jeez it's not about having any effect on the game it's about liking a jersey color -- honest no offense but sometimes the cool, anti-establishment act gets old and isn't even very clever.
