The Cleveland Plain Dealer (OH) in the NFL news section reported that Spears, Burnett and Ware have all agreed to terms. I knew about Burnett signing but I was wondering if anyone could verify the Spears and Ware signings for me...

Cap they have officially signed. There were a few threads started with links and such, but with the myriad of activity they most likely aren't on the front page any more.
