Nice user name.... :lmao2: :lmao:

...I live in Lubbock and the local 6 o'clock newscast had a phone interview with Crab Sr. and he said no decision had been made yet. But I think it's a given that he's going to declare for the draft.

Yup....it's a little breezy.

I live in Lubbock, the back of our house is open to the North and it is just a tad windy.

I agree, Donnie Avery and Michael Crabtree would be a fantastic WR duo.

If the Rams are smart, they'll look to shore up their oline and defense instead of jumping on the first flashy guy that crosses their radar.

Crab has had a great college career so far, and he may make a great player in the NFL, but he's going to have to blow up the combine like Calvin Johnson did to go #2 overall.

Bulger has taken A LOT of abuse behind that offensive line. You guys think our line sucks at protecting Romo? Watch the Rams play.

No shot at all of getting Crab unless for some completely unexplainable reason the dude falls all the way to the back end of the first round. Even then I doubt, very seriously, that we'd even draft him.

Same goes for Macklin.

I think we'd take Maclin in a heart beat if he was available, neither one will last till our pick though and we won't trade up, not for a WR anyway.

With our luck lately.....for some stupid reason he will fall on draft day and be there at #20.....where we would be picking!

This kid is going to be the most dominate wr in a long time. I haven't seen a guy SNAG the ball out of the air like him since Michael. It's like he hates the football when he makes a catch!

Crabtree won't fall further then Al Davis. When your leading option in your passing game is you TE, I think finding a #1 WR is imperative. They swung and missed with Moss. It will really depend on his 40 time. Al Davis is pretty adamant about his guys having anything less than a 4.4 40. If yo don't believe me look at his draft a few years back when he picked some CB's way ahead of schedule because they had monster workouts in the 40 in Indy.

I'm kind of buyer beware about Crabtree. I just haven't seen enough of him to put him in the same boat of having elite potential. I think it's the Tech offense thing that scares me the most.

I wish we could land a guy like Maclin. I think we are missing a solid slot guy to compliment TO.
