Those were in spite of him not because of him.

Remember when Jerry made the claim that 500 coaches could have won a super bowl with the 90's team and brought in Switzer?

This is the begining of the end for this guy. Day one of losing the team. Dak went the high road and said he'll never question the play calling and nobody on the team will either. The coach goes the other route.
