Wow.

WR Patrick Crayton's seven punt return yards against the Eagles gave him 919 for his career and allowed him to pass Kevin Williams (913) for fifth on the club's all-time punt return yards list.

Maybe he's better than we thought, or maybe Dallas hasn't had any real return men, sans Deion.

Hopefully PC do something against Packers with those skills.

I like Crayton alright, but him being 5th all time on punt returns doesn't say much for what we've done in that area over the years.

I'm so guys but I'm going to be real. Crayton is a terrible punt returner. The only yards he's had returning punts were given to him my excellent blocking. He does not earn yards, he does not create situations for himself, he shows no true burst through seams.

He will not return another punt this year unless there is a hole the size of Jupiter up the middle.

Yes. That's the moral of this story (even though he's shown some promise under Coach D's guidance and system).

Well, that's an exaggeration that kind of misses the point. Crayton is dangerous this year but it's entirely due to DeCamillis. He had great blocking and nice holes on both his TD returns but he did a nice job nonetheless both times. He's just good enough to take advantage of really good opportunities.

One thing to remember is that Crayton has had pretty bad blocking his whole career here.

Outside of the two touchdowns, Crayton made a great play against Atlanta (or was it Seattle) where he ran up about 20 yards and caught a short punt on the fly and returned it about 20 yards to give us crucial field position when it looked like they were going to box us in deep.
