the problem is that Romo's progressions have been reading something like this lately:

he's not going through his progressions like he was the 1st half of last year

I'll admit, I thought we'd get more outta the Mouth this season since he ended on a bad note in 07 and should want to atone for his "crimes". He's been a ghost this year and the so-called best hands on the team seem to have been in TO's butter-flavored popcorn with him dropping some of the few that comes his way! We're going to need Crayton, Austin or Hurd to stand up and at least give Tony an option on the other side in order to flourish down the stretch so one of them (or all) better WAKE UP (puleeze ray: )!

I agree. It's just that, he's not very fast, and he doesn't catch the ball very well. Other than that, he's ok, as receivers go.

Maybe he should be catching footballs in the offseason and not playing pickup basketball. Crayton is a joke of a 2nd receiver.

Crayton would make a better #3 playing the slot. Instead he is playing out of position at #2. Does that mean he sucks? Nope.
