"Everyone is running patterns as if the ball is coming to him," per Crayton.

Everyone knows that Romo is going to go through his reads and look for the open man. I have no idea what Bledsoe was trying to do. Did Bledsoe have his favorites and ulterior motives and agendas?

Bledsoe couldn't get out of his own way therfore he only had one read and if he wasn't open, oh well. Either throw the pick or get sacked. I'm convinced he was tired of getting sacked so he just was chucking it up there.

Bledsoe was just comfortable with Glenn and would look his way most of the time. I don't think Bledsoe is in the same league as Romo when it comes to looking at a defense and figuring out who is most likely to be open and he certainly isn't as good as Romo in going through the progressions and throwing to the open receiver.

I honestly think part of Bledsoe's problem is he wasn't reading secondaries -- or at least not as focused on them as he was on the pass rush. He was looking at the LBs and seeing what kind of pass rush he could expect. he gave a kill sign almost every play. Then he would kind of wing it as far as open WRs and progressions went. He trusted Terry to get open every play, whether he was or not, and threw it up there when he felt the heat.

That's a spot on analogy I think.

With Bledsoe, it was kind of a drop back, and wait for the sack. When he threw it, you just kind of waited on the interception. With Romo you feel every play is going to work. 3rd and 16 doesn't mean INT or Sack, it means 1st down.

Bledsoe was a stiff - from his head to his feet. And I don't think it had anything to do with agendas or motives.

Bledsoe just ddin't look like he should be playing. From his gear, to how he moved. I know he had a gun for an arm, but evne when he threw, it almost looked like he was throwing darts, not a ball.

Im glad BP saw these deficencies. I honestly didn't think we would make the playoffs with Bledsoe, pretty much after the Philly game..

Actually it is very easy, Bledsoe only had 2 ways he could go on most passing plays, and often only one. We had to max protect so much that there was only one and sometimes two receivers out on a pattern.

You may have noticed that on most passing plays now, Romo has his choice of receivers to throw to. I also think that many of the OL's probelms when Bledsoe was in there is that they were getting in each others way, because there was too many players max protecting.
