Crazy Burglar Teen Strikes Again!

I head about this guy a while back and even think I posted a thread on it but this kid is suspected of stealing another plane.

How can they not catch this guy? Its nuts.

Hopefully he doesn't decide to pick up violent crimes as a hobby.
