Only one quarterback in NFL history never threw an INT in his career with a minimum of 80 passes. This same quarterback threw every of his TDs in the last two minutes of the 4th quarter.
In fact, this quarterback has a career rating of 143.0 in the last two minutes of the 4th quarter, the 2nd best in NFL history.
He lost his first game by one point. He won his 2nd game by one point.
This was Stephen McGee, 2009 4th round pick.
Tony Romo passed for 34,183 yards, a Cowboys record before Dak broke it. However, a former Dallas Cowboys draft pick prior to Tony Romo, threw for 34,241 yards in his career.
This quarterback, drafted by the Cowboys in the 10th round, had a career that was 21 seasons long. He played for six different teams in his career. He never played a down for the Cowboys
He was drafted in 1977, the 2nd of two quarterbacks the Cowboys drafted that season. The team chose to keep Glen Carrano, their 2nd round pick.
This was Steve DeBerg, 1977 10th round draft pick.
The statistic often used to measure a quarterback is a formula that combines aspects such as completion percentage, TD and INT proportions, yards per completion, etc. The number ranges from 0.0 to 158.0. Very few QBs have ever achieved a perfect passer rating.
A zero QB rating has been achieved 176 times in the history of the NFL but it has only been recorded once in the playoffs since the NFL-FL merger in 1970.
This zero rating belongs to an ex-Cowboy and it happened against the Cowboys in the Super Bowl.
The QB was so harassed by the D-line that he was benched for the 2nd half of the Super Bowl and the MVP panel couldn't make up their mind which D-lineman to pick so they chose co-MVPs.
One of them was DT Randy White. Ironically, White was drafted with the pick the Cowboys received for trading this QB.
This was Craig Morton, 1965 1st round pick.
