If I had an expansion team, and the CBA wasn't getting renewed, this is who I could sign to try and win the Super Bowl in the first year. All of these players are rumored to get cut this week because of salary problems with the CBA not getting extended. Money is no obstacle except for 2006. As long as I can promise enough guaranteed money in year two when the cap ends, I can sign as many 30 something players that I want.
