Is the NFL using the same pre-recorded crowd noise for all the games (that have no fans present) for their broadcasts?

With the lower noise level in the empty stadium, I would like to hear more of the sounds on the field.

One broadcast said NFL Films provided teams with stadium specific crowd noise from past games based on down and situation. So it’s real crowd noise from that stadium in the past. Guess they have a pretty the buttons based on what happens.
