Only a handful have internet so they're easy to track down and jail these days.

That's exactly what a Nigerian scammer would say!

Its interesting that in the entire continent that this one country is eons ahead of their counterparts.

But I have to give due credit to India.....they are doing their level best to be the world's leaders in that department.
