There is a photo of a Beatles in a Dallas Cowboys shirt from back in the early 70's I believe.
But can't remember who was wearing it.
I been looking for it, but have not found it yet.
You sure that wasn't Keith Moon. There's a picture of him wearing one.

It’s amazing this dysfunctionally ran mediocre football franchise would attract fans beyond our local and regionally televised market.
Getting six to seven nationally broadcast games EVERY SEASON helps.

No it was this one I was thinking about, it was David Gilmour, and Paul McCartney was with him.
Why the green color, don't know, unless it was the lighting and quality of the film.

And you are correct, Keith Moon also.

Lime green lettering, red number 56 on a lime-green band background, red band on sleeves with a lime green stripe above and below the band. I think those are the actual colors - he's standing right next to McCartney, whose t-shirt has some blue in it ...so I doubt there's a lighting or film quality issue.
My thinking - the t-shirts are for a soccer club team they follow - the musicans had some made with Dallas Cowboys put on it. Guess "Hollywood" was their favorite Cowboys player.
Anybody recall seeing that t-shirt in Dallas or around Texas?
