Witten comes to mind immediately. Romo and Ware have a nice start on it but will need 6 or 7 more very productive seasons.

Anyone else?

MBIII possibly.
Newman might of had a shot if he hadn't started his career at a relatively old age for an NFL player.

TO ---Dont forget TO

I'd say TO would be a real longshot.
Unless he makes some miraculous string of performances and is a key figure in a SB victory, he just won't have the time in a Dallas uniform to warrant ROH.
Dancing on the star won't help him either.
ROH players aren't mercenary types that played for several teams.

Romo has broken all kinds of Cowboys QB records already, if he can keep it going and add a ring at some point then I'd say he is a lock.

if their pace continues, of course: Romo, Witten, Barber, Ware.

I don't care how good his stats end up being.......

For Romo it is simple.......

No Super Bowl ring, no ring if honor :starspin

Don Perkins and Don Meredith are in it and they don't have rings.

Tony Romo
Jason Witten
Marion Barber
DeMarcus Ware

..all locks unless something unexpected occurs in the future. Especially if the play their entire career as Cowboys.

I really don't think Barber's numbers are going to justify him.

Romo - agreed in that he needs to win a SB then he is a lock.
Witten - pretty much a lock if he continues on his current pace.
Ware - same

There are some guys from previous eras who need to get in:

Harvey Martin
Charlie Waters
Drew Pearson
Darren Woodson
Moose

There are some who are borderline because they did not play all of their careers here:

Jay Novacek
Charles Haley

Yes but they were instrumental in building the Cowboys from nothing.

Bill Bates, too.

Martin's exclusion is a travesty.
