Instead of multiple cut down days the NFL has switched to one day to pare down the roster from 90 to 53

This year it will be Saturday Sept 1st by 4pm

Almost 1300 players will be released and teams will be scrambling to pick thru the cuts

DAL will have some tough cuts.......KEaly, CGreen, Bo, DJax, Rico, Schultz, CRush, DThompson, Lenoir

Yes it will be chaos, but Chaz Green should be the easiest cut we have EVER made. I think Thompson or Lenoir make the team. Also, I think Shultz and Rush have a pretty good chance to make the team.

I think you may see some deals being made before then as teams try get the guys they want without having to deal with all the competition.

I’d put the needs in this order: 1) safety, 2) tight end, 3) center, 4) defensive interior linemen, 5) offensive tackles

Safety and tight end are the most urgent needs because the team literally doesn’t have starters for those positions on week 1. Frazier will be the guy at safety if nothing is done. At tight end it will be Swaim, who is a good blocker but has bricks for hands.

We’re OK on the offensive line but there is zero depth. The Fleming signing was a bust. In the past we’ve found o-line talent on the waiver wire, maybe we can do so again.

I didn't even know they changed it to 1 cut date. Zero percent chance shultz gets cut though.

Putting in waiver claims is not nearly as difficult as pulling a trade. That is where the GM is proactive and does their job.

Dallas has had such a sloppy preseason there probably will be babies thrown out with the bathwater and vise versa. Preseason has been a complete quagmire IMO.
