As I remember he was swinging punches on the street before hopping into a Black SUV where his boys swung the SUV around and committed a drive-by shooting. Joseph then seemingly forgot about it for six weeks before being identified when the police went public with the footage. If that's not accessory to murder it's got to be real close but I guess money and a good lawyer can work wonders.

He really couldn't say that because they had him on video being there. I agree that he is not a murderer, but he clearly didn't help solve the murder. Truth told, I have done some bad stuff in my life, so I'm not trying to be a judge here. Just saying he didn't solve a murder.
