I couldn't believe Nate Thomas one play where he was looking inside when a guy was lined up 2 feet from him and he plummled Dak within seconds stopping any play for Dallas. If I'm the coach I would show this idiot on the tablet that if the defensive end is lined up against you then that is your blocking assignment , not looking inside while the guy has a free shot on our QB. Dam dude what are you doing? I will take Guytons dumb penalties all day over this idiot. Steele is sad RT and shouldn't even be on the field. Like I have said in the forum over and over, there is 3-4 players for us that will lose the game for us every time and it defiantly showed up tonight.

It's not just Steele. This coming from a long time fan starting from the 80s. This gutless team can't win on the road like the 90's teams could. I knew they'd lose. We are not going to bring in a quality free agent tackle and we don't need to use another first-rounder on an OT.

If they're under contract, no need to cut them until final cuts.

I think maybe Thomas was expecting a blizt from teh LB, in which case he would take the inside guy. He was definitely confused about his assignment, which happens once in a while, especially for an inexperienced guy like him. But he got whipped a few times too. I don't think he is quick enough for a LT. He was projected to be a guard when he came out of college and maybe that's where he belongs.

Steel was worse last night. Both guys got beat badly last night. The problem is you can't give both help with a TE or LB.

The problem is, Steele's replacement is not on the roster right now - unless Cornelius improves greatly between now and next year.
