News: CW: CBS Sports ranks Micah Parsons NFL's No. 1 linebacker for 2022

I certainly hope all this hype about one player who had a stellar rookie season doesn't go awry. The real test will come when he signs that mega contract. Will Parsons live up to all those expectations from the Lawrence Taylor's era?!

And whose to say another rookie LB won't shine in his 1st season as Parsons did. Most fans have learned not to get on that band wagon so fast. Wentzie's Wagon broken wheel was the most recent proof of that catastrophe.

The only thing that could hold Parsons back is injuries. DCs are staying awake at night scheming on how to negate him but I don't see them being able to do it. What he did as rookie is no fluke. He's the perfect combo of intelligence and athletic ability. Those things along with his ultra competitive nature do in fact make him a generational talent. Y'all can say pump the brakes all you want but I'm not gonna.

Watt on Pitt. But hes on so many steriods he'll always be injured.

It’s not homer glasses on this one. Micah was better than him this year as a rookie. If he rushed the passer as much as watt it would be more clear. Imo.

Watt is damn good and I, like many, wanted him over Taco.
