He isn't the best under pressure. That is obvious and being a Cowboys fan I have been spoiled by guys that didn't crumble under pressure, but rather excelled. Staubach and Aikman were exceptional and I would never put McNabb in their class. Still it takes some amount of talent and composure to get a team to the Superbowl. A team with no real threat at wide receiver and an inconsistent running game. Danny White could not do that. Garcia has not accomplished that level of play. Between the two, the Eagles would be crazy to go with Garcia over McNabb. I hope they do as they become more beatable in my eyes. It is not as if the Eagles are in position to easily replace McNabb with a proven winner like a Brady or Manning. If they get someone, they won't be as good as McNabb.

Well, football is what, 90% mental, or whatever? ;)

Anyway, I think T.O. had alot to do with McSoup getting to the SuperBowl that year...and then he crumbles as he had done in all the other past years.

McSoup is good at what he does, but, he seems to lack that mental part that a REAL QB should have. He has opportunity after opportunity to pick it up a notch and win a SB, yet, what has he done...he barfs it all out.

I don't think he can handle competition that well, and I would not be surprised if Garthia can run that offense better then McSoup.

Anyway, from my point of view (and I know I will get ragged over this), but, I'm glad McChoke is the eagles problem and not the Cowboys...

How about you? Romo or McNabb?

;)

T.O. didn't play in the playoffs that year until the SB, so McNabb did more for Philly than Owens in getting to the Superbowl.

Romo or McNabb?

I will be glad if Romo plays as well as McNabb has for the Eagles the last several years. If he does that, then Dallas can have some playoff success. I hope he plays even better and performs at a higher level than McNabb has established. That is what will be needed to win Superbowls. That part is also not guaranteed. I liked what I saw in Romo and think he can reach the heights of my hopes, but I understand the reality that he truly still is an unproven commodity after only 11 1/2 games.

McNabb has had a far greater career than Romo up to this point. From this point forward, well at least for this next season. I give Romo a slight edge based on McNabb still having to recover from his knee injury.
