Is going to be the next biggest appointment, we really need to get this right. We have struggled in the last few seasons as we have gone with the more quick twitch type than space eaters/run stuffers, with RM gone hopefully Nolan will not over look the big bodied DT.

So for me of all the position coaches this is going to be a statement of intent. Any idea who we could get to fill this role ?

Ryan Nielsen DL Coach New Orleans. Hugely impressed but i see no reason why he would leave NO.

As long as Lett and the others are gone, it is an upgrade.
I like Leon as a player and seems like a good person. But was never impressed with him as a coach. However in his defense they have given him crap to work with a good part of the time.
