Could it be Leon on the sidelines told D.Law he had to redeem himself for the fumble.....if you don't you'll be remembered for it like he was :)..........Love to see a gif of D.Laws game winning sack and recovery.

Bring on the Pack......

Did DLaw come out of the game between the fumble and the sack ?

Can somebody post a video of Lawrences strip sack? Thanks

I thought it was kind of funny the cameras went to Leon Lett after the first play, you know it was the TV Producers way of getting a dig in on the Cowboys, which I don't mind.

But the thing I absolutely love about the game ending sack from Lawrence was that it was his biggest play of the year and it came at the biggest moment of the season for him. He has the physical skills and just needs reps, but if he has that knack for coming up big in crunch time then all the better.

It would have been much worse for D Law he would have been remembered like Jackie Smith had the Cowboys lost that game because it was a playoff game. The Cowboys practically had the game in the bag had he simply fallen on the fumble. He went from hero to goat to back to hero in only a few plays...unbelievable!

Something about DLaw's sack to end the game reminded me of another rookie's memorable play:

DLaw just might end up being special. It's a special quality in a player to make a mistake like that and come back just a few plays later and make the play he did to end the game. Not only that, but it's been forever since we had a DL make a play like that late in the 4th quarter to seal a win. So nice to get that play made, especially by a rookie.

I don't know, but it would be nice if someone coached the rookies up on things like that before they happen.

Lawrence himself knew he made a mistake. Leon made mistakes. To me the key is always is learn from it, put it behind you and make the play. Lawrence did just that, he keep his head in the game and came up with the play to seal the game

I think the 2 plays Lawrence made in the last 3 minutes of the game were 2 of the best plays all year for the defense.

He lost the one but then came back with a vengeance on the second one.

Imagine if he would have been healthy all year?

Outstanding.

Leon made two memorable gaffes in his career which unfortunately overshado his 2 big strips in SB 27 & 28 that TURNED both games into victory for the Boys...he was a great talent

Listening to the post game show on the Fan, Mincey said Lawrence was down on himself and was expecting to be pulled. Mincey told Lawrence to stay in and that he would move over to the 3-Tech.

Honestly, I didn't think the fumble was such a bad play. He got hit pretty quickly after picking it up and didn't have a lot of time to tuck it firmly.

He should have dropped down in that situation, game is pretty much over if he gets on the ball and stays down.
