I'm serious, these routers are trash.
No, I'm not some big tech guru but I know enough to know that these routers are trash.
I've had this current router for a while. I actually have this one because the one I had before went to crap and they sent me this nice little model as a replacement.
But, it's been in storage for a while because I didn't need it for a while and then found a good deal on a Linksys that turned out to be a much easier and more reliable piece of equipment.
Anyway, I thought I'd be a nice guy and give this router to the fam so they can have wireless. Nobody at home is really all that involved on the internet so they can get by with a single computer connected straight to the modem.
I hook it up and of course all the good memories come flooding back. I'm close to hucking this piece of trash right out the back door.
It likes to do this little trick where it resets itself whenever it feels like it and I'm about to teach a lesson to the rest of my equipment about what happens if they start pissing me off.
That is all. D-Link is trash as far as I am concerned.
