Does anyone know if he's ok? I remember him staying down on a play but was so wrapped up in the game as a whole and don't remember if he came back in or not. I don't see any articles out there so it must not have been anything serious. Just checking.

He was back in a few plays later. He was getting cut alot all day.

exactly what happened. He jumped to try and block a pass a the RT went right for the lower parts.

That's what they're taught to do when guys leave their feet. I'm glad he's ok & thanks for the info.

I once saw Merriman only come out for ONE play after an injury.

With that said, who do you think is better? ;)

Which is what the RT is supposed to do on a quick pass like that. Go low at the DE/OLB so you force him to get his hands down.

It's not dirty or illegal.


Now, there WERE plenty of other plays that were without a doubt dirty plays.

Merriman is equally good on the field. #94 Cowboys is a winner off the field too. You can't replace character.
