The more I watch Dak the more it seems like he pre-determines some of his throws and goes there regardless of what the D is doing. On the pass attempt to Cee Dee Lamb down the seam that had Fred Warner covering him, Dak missed a WIDE OPEN TY Hilton down the other seam. Pre-snap the left half of the field was unoccupied and you had a seam route. Dak has to recognize that if Hilton gets a clean release he has a TD, instead he tried to fit a ball into Lamb. Lamb probably should make that catch but it’s much harder than a wide open WR.
I’ve seen this take too many times. Dak made the right read and throw there. The defense slipped into man where the MLB was forced to cover the slot WR one on one. That’s an easy read and throw where Dallas got exactly what they wanted with their best WR in Lamb playing in the slot. Unfortunately, Fred Warner is an all world LB with DB speed and closed on that route like Ussain Bolt. It was an all-pro play by Warner.
Dak was bad Sunday, but that play was just an amazing defensive sequence for SF.

Dak is good at backyard football. That's why he is fairly good in half or more games. He is typically better in hurry up and out of the pocket plays. He has physical traits that makes him an above average QB.

The problem is when you play tighter games, the inability to read complicated defenses, overcome tighter windows that Zone causes, inability to throw accurate passes, inability to throw your receivers open, those are what's the difference in this league and separates the elite from the good.

When you are working on slim margins, those make the difference in the playoffs.

and we still need to get rid of MM. I'm not sure what else he brings to play behind the scenes, off the field. Maybe he's awesome off the field, but on the field he continues to make huge mistake after huge mistake with player game management, time management, and timeout management. The "ya know" king belongs on a team but not as HC.

Dak did cause us to lose BUT there were opportunities we missed where other players and play calling had a chance to change the outcome. Diggs had opportunities to change the outcome, the coaching staff could have tried Cooper or keep run game going using CD and Turpin. I am sure there were many lost opportunities that where not Daks fault but those opportunities would have only helped us recover from Daks giveaways and inaccurate play.

Nobody is trying to piss him off -- we're merely conversing on the Cowboys Zone website. We're here to state our opinions, that's all.
What? I mean Jerry won't draft a QB in round 1 or 2 because he doesn't want to piss off Dak.

I actually feel bad for Dak, I’m sure his performance is not what he expected And now he has to live with it for awhile. Would Dak be better suited to a West Coast style of offense?

You feel bad for the $160 million dollar fraud that cannot win in big games? Really?

This just shows all and lays bare, what an idiot Jerry Jones is. The worst sports financial decision in the history of the game. Dak will never lead us to a championship. I predicted we would not go to the Super Bowl with this guy and we never will. We wont even ever get to the NFC championship with this clown. He proved his incompetence in this game.

You predicted the Cowboys wouldnt win the SB? Wow, amazing stuff right there. Im impressed.

I bet we never wins the SB with Dak or Zeke or anyone on this team. In fact I predict we never win a SB with Jerry as the GM.

Maybe we should trade for Purdy or Garrappolo since they keep getting thier teams to the championship games?

Almost time to extend Dak. Time to find another team?
Believe me, there were a lot of sycophants on here that were predicting great things, including Skip Clueless.

Hilarious to watch. Its like groundhog day. Niners spanked us last time with the #1 D. But this time they have McCaffrey to boot. Not hard to predict who would win this one.

Yet here are people acting shocked and blaming whomever they hate most. All predictable.
