Well, when you’re playing from behind you tend to throw the ball more than you run so I’m generally speaking. You’re really reaching for this one and assuming. Dak did well this game, but I’m just saying playing from behind is a good reason for a 500 yard game.

Tell me what other QB today had 500 yards in garbage time, prove your point. There was at least 13 to 14 quarterbacks playing in "garbage time or playing from behind" since it's easy or a good reason.

Prevent defense in the 4th quarter. Unlike the Falcons game where you know they have the space cadet factor, I always felt like this result was never in doubt.

Tell me how many QB’s today that were down 27 and had to abandon the run that early. Again, I’m not a Dak hater at all. I’m actually a fan, but all I’m saying is these stats are indicative of us being blown out because of our horrible defense. Dak had a great game.

Not blaming Dak but let's be honest also. Dak loads up on yardage when the Dallas Cowboys are forced to pass (down by multiple scores) AND AND AND Dak is throwing against PREVENT DEFENSE, which are designed to give yardage

254 yards passing for Dak in the 4th quarter today, who'd of thought that could happen? I mean we were only down 41-14 to start the quarter..... he had 174 in the 1st quarter guess he and the rest of the offence went to sleep in the 2nd and 3rd quarters when he amassed a total of 74 yards while the Browns were pulling farther and farther away from us...and yes i know our D sucks but c'mon nothing for 2 quarters, if this game was say 41-24 or 41-28 or say 41-31 going into the 4th at least an argument could be made that the offense did everything it could to keep us in the game but the truth is the offense was as bad as the D the 1st 3 quarters of the game and for those of you wanting to completly blame the D just remeber we don't even come close to making this comeback in the 4th if the D isn't getting the ball back for the offense. The entire team sucks D is absolutely horrible and our offense is nothing but smoke and mirrors that really doesn't do alot until it is too late...it's been that way for awhile now

Yep, and the proof is in the stats. His fans saying about the number of yard and yes he's thrown for 300 yards more than anyone else.....however his QBR is just 77.1 and good for just 8th best.

Dak fans love a stat....that supports him, but conveniently ignores those that dont.

I have nothing against him, he's good(ish), but he's not the $40m player that takes us over the top (or to a NFCCCG), as the resources spent on him would seriously restrict us from strengthening the awful Defense and O-Line that cant protect (Browns didnt rush in the 4th Q) and doesnt allow for a running game.

Now if he accepted the 5 year contract which allowed us to structure it to our favor, i'd consider, if not and he still wanted the 3 year he'll have to walk.
