Dak another 500 yd 4TD game. Losing cause

Some see his passing yards and jump on his ****
Some see garbage time stats

I see a complete failure on both sides of the ball. Mainly the defense. Throwing that many attempts / yards every game should be a red flag.

They were up 14 to 7 in the first quarter and then came the 2 turnovers. I honestly believe the Cowboys would have scored on at least one if not both of those possessions had they not turned the ball over. The cookie just didn't crumble our way. This D is horrid. Just sayin.

Nah , YOU are the insecure one.

I speak the truth and u fan boys cant take it. This team is *** and everyone has a hand in it. The QB, Coaches, Defense, Front-Office etc.

You sissies get up in your feelings when Dak gets called out and its hilarious and sad at the same time.

Im just spitballing here but im guessing the Browns had a MAJOR TOP advantage in the 2nd and 3rd from RUNNING THE BALL AT WILL....have not even looked this up yet........

Dak did not throw a single pass between the moment we went up 14-7 and the score reflecting 28-14. Not a single pass was thrown there. Crazy.

I haven't looked and you may well be correct, still doesn't change what our offense did with the ball when they had it in those 2 quarters

The offense isn't blameless, but at the end of the day the unit that scored 38 isn't remotely the same kind of problem that the unit that gave up 49 is.

we are all spinning in this tilt a whirl while discuccing what came first the chicken or the egg.....if your saying the offense has to be perfect, then your admiting the defense is the problem. Again I agree that the whole team has a hand in this but that defense is the MAIN problem and needs major adjustments now.

Like the same argument: "why cant the offense score in the first half like they did in the second"

counter: I" I dont know but why does the defense only stop a team when they are trying to run out the clock while we are comming back"

again CHicken or the egg....When your bleeding from several cuts best to bandage that major vein leeking before you move to the flesh wounds.

I'm not saying the offense had to be perfect, but i do not think i am asking too much of them to put some points on the board in the 2nd and 3rd quarter, at some point our offense has to play a complete game. The Browns were going up and down the field on us ( helped by a couple of offensive turnovers) widening the score without any response by the offense to keep themselves in the game. After we got up 14-7 in 1st the Browns scored 34 unanswered points, how can anyone find that acceptable...no matter how bad the defense was playing

Browns scored 34 unanswered points thru the 2nd and 3rd quarters..imagine had the offense just responded to that with even a couple of FG's in the 2nd and 3rd quarters then make that run in the 4th! Defense is horrible on this team, but our offense which tends to dissappear for long periods in most games is also alot of smoke and mirrors, making big 4th quarter runs when the other team is sitting back

Again, I said the offense isn't blameless, but at the end of the day they scored points but the defense didn't prevent them.

By the way, why doesn't it work the other way? Why is it the offense is supposed to make it easy on the defense, but the defense isn't supposed to make it easy on the offense?

As for the idea the Cowboys offense disappears for long periods in every game, against Seattle they scored at least 6 points in all 4 quarters (9-6-7-9), and against Atlanta they scored at least 10 points in 3 of the 4 quarters (0-10-14-16).

I'll drop at least as much blame on the offense for the 1st week against the Rams, but the team has scored 40, 31 and 38 since then (36.3 ppg), and that is easily enough to win games with a little help from the defense.

4th quarter would have to be 25 minutes long instead of 15 for that to happen, he needs that much time because the offense does nothing the rest of the game :p:p
