He was excellent at the white board and he was lighting up the scout team. Parcells was just a little more than conservative, hell he should have started as a rookie. It's Daks time and I hope he puts it all together as he's a really down to earth level headed kid that is far advanced in maturity for his years, but he cannot have another 2017.

What QB do you think Dak is Dak most similar to currently playing in the NFL? He seems a lot like Tyrod Taylor to me in terms of his play. Not a ton of yards. Good TD to int ratio. Maybe slightly less athletic than Taylor. Slightly better decision making skills than tyrod.

Some may say Alex Smith, which I could also see, but Alex Smith is probably sees the field better and is probably currently a better QB overall than Dak.

What were Alex Smith's contract numbers? That's probably in the neighborhood of what Dak will get. Tyrod is probably a bargain and Smith is probably overpaid. I would rather see Dak's contract numbers fall between the two.

Kordell Stewart (slightly bigger version). Neither impressed me with arm talent but strong on their feet and both had strong fight in them.

dude no way.. Mcnabb was a throw first and threw very well qb that when he ran was down right hard to tackle and hard to sack..why is it the black Qbs get compared to other black QBs but their games are nothing alike..smh

It’s not just because they’re black. Nothing alike?? They are very much alike. Both have accuracy isssues, but try to play a similar style of efficient football. Neither were very fast, but had the ability to move in the red zone. McNabb was never a big down down the field passer and neither is dak. Dak is also a throw first qb, so I’m not sure if you’re saying he’s not.

I dont care about stats and if Dak keeps playing like he did last year his stats will be dropping..2 yrs compared to what 7-10? he was called Air Mcnair dude could air the ball out, dak couldn't be mistaken for that by blind people..i like dak but he doesnt at all remind me of those types of Players just yet..Mcnabb, Mcnair they wanted the ball they wanted to throw deep and kkill the defense on every play.. Dak seems more comfy just dropping it off and when he does throw deep hes way off target..nothing looks smooth in his release etc thats all im saying..right now they dont seem like close to the same player..

He is VERY similar to Dak in all of the ways that have already been pointed out here. Especially in stature and play style. I'm sorry that you are getting stuck on the fact that they are both black.

Both are good players but not the most skilled passers. They move the offense in a variety of ways.

Russell Wilson is not an artist flinging the ball and probably never will be. Dak will probably be the same.

Dak, like Russell, can still be an impact player but I don't know if the team can get over the hump once they pay Dak that big contract and start skimping out even more in free agency.

Seattle's relevancy is just about over and they won't get over that hump if they are paying Wilson a ton of money.

I think PArcells would've loved Dak and how he plays. Takes whats there.. Careful with the football.. Can make plays with his feet. Not a prima donna.

To me Big Ben was a great comp his rookie year. I really think we need to be patient and hope he develops greater accuracy down the field.
I don’t think he will ever be as accurate as Brees, Rogers, Brady, Manning.

I dont think many fans are comptlaining about Dak as he is a 4th round pick and being paid as one. Whatever magic the numbers show from last year, in terms of blitz or downfield passing, tight window...Dak didnt really pass the eye test.
