So, if we let Dak walk next year, do we receive a solid compensatory pic or what??

Would we be precluded from receiving one considering he was tagged this year??

Some team would sign him to a big enough deal, we would get a 3rd round for him, the highest possible to get.

They would be better to use the tag option and hope some team gives an offer. So they can match or take the draft picks. which is what they should have done this year.

Why would we let him walk? If things are that bad you put the non-exclusive tag on him. That gets us first round pick.

Dak should have took Jerry offer then if he plays good enough we redo his contract to sign better players. Hope Dak doesn't get benched if we start off 3-3 and Dalton gets us to the playoffs, Dak would cost himself about 90+ million.

It would be a 3rd round comp pick to which basically means it is effectively a high 4th round pick.
