Yes, Dak must play better this season than last season, but the offense should be fine if Mike and Brian know what they’re doing.

I‘m actually more interested in seeing if this defense can be as dominant as we’ve built them up to be. Our emphasis on defense in team building in recent years is a wise choice, even over OL depth, but will the defense stop the run? Will they stop the screens and short passes that are coming to avoid out pass rush?

This season, and especially the road games like Sunday night, will depend as much or more on whether we have a dominant, shut down defense or just some great pass rushers who don’t set the edge in the run game while DTs get pushed around. NY with Barkley and Jones as run threats will be a good first game test. If this defense is for real, NY should not score 20 points without help from our offensive turnovers or special teams breakdowns.

Your focus is alright also. Navigate towards what your interest is. But don't also forget there are some valid irons in the fire concerning Dak Prescott and both Cowboys success and cap importance. These are developing situations meriting focus upon not in the context of a Hatfield and McCoy association.

They will be continual focus points this entire season, as the man still is very important for the success this season's Dallas Cowboys.

Get real on saying you are tired of the word. Tell it all truthfully or just start up your biased hate Dak crap on it's own, and let discussion of the progression go uninsulted for valid examinations of facts.

He was the SINGLE most important player in our 7 point loss to the Niners last year

A handful of throws would have made the difference

He certainly matters.
That is NOT true. Moore was calling all the plays!!

'Single most' is a cop out. How about taking Kansas City's tight end Kelce, this week. What did taking out the starter at running back affect that game. Any difference in expectations? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! That is grabbing a whipping boy instead of being fair.

Yes, "Dak Fatigue" is a real thing...

That president of the Anti-Dak/Cowboys Cult, the one who seen your post and immediately commented, he has almost 23,000 posts while being here only a few years. 99 percent of his posts are anit-Dak/Cowboys. Ban him and a 1/4 of that nonsense goes away. He's never even been benched for antic, that I'm aware of. He's not even a donor here so I have no idea why he's allowed to do what he does. I take that back. I think I do know why.
Some of us have been shouting GO Cowboys!, since the site opened.

I mean he did say he was the single most important PLAYER and he's right. I'm a Dak fan but how he plays is important and numero UNO.

I don’t agree with banning or censoring posters that have an opposing viewpoint here.

are some here really wanting only groupthink here?

As far as being a donor here, its not compulsory and doesn’t mean restrictions on viewpoints

Wow!! Keyshawn Johnson is taking Skip to school. They are debating Dak vs Rush.
Keyshawn is a good voice of reason. Skip gets to be the stupid anti-Cowboy guy again because Keyshawn and Mike are pro Cowboys with Mike being the homer and Keyshawn being more realistic. Good for Keyshawn...I guess Skip doesn't mind looking like a idiot.

Why is Rush even a topic that had to have come straight form Skip lol.

There are some fair guys here i'd probably put you in there as a fair Dak critic. But then you have guys who just offer nothing to this site other than a anti Dak take. If the Cowboys win they don't show up. They lose its back to their anti-Dak role. Now I don't know about banning them because realistically while they are technically trolling you can't really prove that.

Thank you. He definitely is the most important person here, even more than Micah.

Our future is in his hands, offensively and I want him to play his best ball come the playoffs

Which is exactly what every fan of every team want. Nothing unusual here
