This is what he has been missing. If he can continue to become more mobile and make some yards instead of INTs or throw aways he could become what we were hoping to have at 40 mil year! It was so good to see him moving out of the pocket and not dropping back 10-15 yards. Moore needs to design more plays where Dak has option to run and Dak need to do it more than less.

You could see his confidence building with each successive run.

Watching him throw on the run accurately again this year leads me to believe the calf injury last year affected him more than what he and the team said about it.
After the injury last year, he couldn't throw on the run as accurately as he has all throughout his career. I'm glad to see that he got that part of his game back.

He's still really slow. My old butt could keep up with him in a foot race....

He played like a guy who was not going to lose. I don't want him running that much, or at least not those types of runs

The running definitely helps but he's not good at avoiding the big hits which is paramount if your QB is gonna run. It's like he always does the opposite of what he should,,, that dive forward, into contact, and landing on his right elbow/shoulder was insane.

Was going to start a thread called Dak 'crazy legs' Prescott, LOL
It was a big difference in his game last night.
We need to move him around more, with roll outs.
Do RPOs where he actually runs the ball, but slides at the end.

He's stepped up his game and has been a running threat. I liked the RPO's, play action and designed runs he managed. That run for a TD was outstanding.
I don't know if things have changed all that much or that it's the fact that he played so clean.

I commented on this earlier in the year when Dak had a fresh legs look to him in that Chicago game. I thought just 3 to 5 possible design run options would not be a bad idea as an added element for defenses to think about.

Hope it continues as a part of the offense.

For sure!
His running will open other things up.
If he will just slide at the end of the runs, should minimize his exposure to injury.
